Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a Full-time Flex Houseparents—two married individuals—to live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8-13 students. You will provide mentorship, maintain routines, and support academic, emotional, and social development for each student.

The role includes driving students to activities, leading devotions, coordinating schedules, and reporting on household matters.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver''s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
