Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and support a group of 8–13 students in daily routines and supervision.

Responsibilities include supervising activities, managing schedules, administering medications, driving to events, leading daily devotions, and budgeting and reporting. The nine-on, three-off schedule starts us on a meaningful, life-changing career path.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth (desirable).
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
