Always Compassionate Health is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support clients at home in the Bronx and surrounding areas. We offer live-in opportunities, flexible schedules, and opportunities to work with NHTD and TBI cases.

Join our caring team to help clients live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes while receiving support from experienced recruitment, coordination, and clinical staff.

Competenze

• Certified New York State Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide.
• Compassionate, patient and respectful.
• Able to follow an individualized Plan of Care and agency policies.
• Experience with NHTD or TBI waivers is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and personal care.
• Help clients move safely, transfer, reposition, and ambulate.
• Assist with meals and maintain proper nutrition.
• Provide light housekeeping to keep a clean, safe home.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement.
