Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients across Westchester County and New York City. Immediate opportunities and flexible schedules are available to accommodate caregivers’ needs.

We seek compassionate, professional caregivers with NY State HHA or PCA certification, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset to provide high-quality home-based care and companionship.

Qualifications

• NY State HHA or PCA certification required.
• Experience caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clients.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) per care plan.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility as safe.
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
