Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support clients at home. You will follow each Plan of Care, assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and light housekeeping while providing companionship and safe, compassionate support.

Opportunities include full-time, part-time, per diem, and live-in roles, with case opportunities in NHTD and TBI programs. Pay starts at $18.65 per hour in New York, with location-based varies, and a supportive

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Able to follow individualized Plan of Care in clients' homes.
• Comfortable working with elderly or disabled clients.
• Experience with NHTD and TBI is a plus, not required for all cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Support safe transfers, mobility, and daily activities at home.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, monitor changes and report to clinical team.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
