Job summary

Sincere Care Agency is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) across New York City including Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with flexible shifts, live-in opportunities, and support from a dedicated coordination team.

We value compassionate, reliable caregivers who can work independently in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS HHA or PCA certification for the position.
• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility including walking and transfers.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry and other household tasks related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders within the scope of practice.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and run errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Observe changes in client condition and report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Accurately document services and complete EVV paperwork.
