Job summary

Guru Hospitality in Seaside Heights, NJ seeks a Front Desk Manager to supervise daily front office operations and guest services on-site. This live-in role offers on-site accommodation and requires relocation to Seaside Heights for the peak season from May through September.

The ideal candidate will have fluent English, strong customer service, and basic computer skills, with flexibility to work on-site and support a busy property during peak months.

Qualifications

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to live on-site and be available as needed.
Willingness to relocate to Seaside Heights, NJ.

Responsibilities

Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally.
Answer phone calls and manage reservations.
Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with front office personnel.
Ensure all team members are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, managers, and fellow employees.
Review Front Office log book and guest feedback forms daily.
Review daily front office activity reports generated by Night Audit.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
