Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director for a hands-on, on-site leadership role at our rustic summer camps across the United States. You will oversee daily culinary and service operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certified (Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FOH and kitchen staff; schedule and train.
• Oversee operations, budgeting, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Ensure allergen safety and sanitation standards.
• Serve as liaison between campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
