Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes with a group of 8–13 students. This two-person role requires married couples who provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, fostering academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medications, transportation to activities, devotions, chapel attendance, and budgeting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with youth through work or volunteering.
• Two spouses married at least two years.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Both spouses age 27 or older at start.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to certify to drive student vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism around students.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
