Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents—two married individuals—to reside in on-campus student homes and support a group of 8-13 students. The role emphasizes guidance, supervision, and the creation of a nurturing, structured home environment to promote academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities include supervising students, managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
