Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks full-time Flex Houseparents (couples) to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for a group of 8-13 students.

The role includes daily supervision, routine management, and active involvement in academics and recreation, with opportunities to lead devotions and chapel activities. Couples must be married for at least two years and both spouses be 27+.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple required.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. drivers license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
