Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking a married couple to serve as Full‑time Flex Houseparents. You will live on campus in a student home with 8–13 youths, supervising daily routines, guiding their academic, emotional, and social development, and participating in devotional activities.

Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring, managing schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, and coordinating budget reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
