Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person team) to reside in on-campus student homes and guide 8–13 students daily. Responsibilities include supervision, routines, and wellness support in a structured family-like setting.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and relocation assistance are provided as part of a rewarding career in student life.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for married couples (legally married for at least two years).
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
