Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students. The two-person role requires a married couple with at least two years together, ages 27+, and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.

• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreation.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
