Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking a dedicated two-person team to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus. Couples will live in student homes, supervise 8-13 students, and support their academic, emotional, and social development.

The role requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and the ability to lead devotions, transport students, and manage household duties. Includes housing and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth (as per qualifications).
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreation activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
