Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents, a two-person, married-couple role living in on-campus student homes. You will supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, and drive/plan activities to support student development.

Both spouses must be 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, and no more than three dependent children. Training and relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel with students.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
