Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and guidance for groups of 8–13 students, and oversee daily routines and activities.

The role includes leading devotions, coordinating schedules, driving students to activities, and ensuring student wellness. Starting with nine days on, three off, it transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same group of

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning/developing activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
