Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus in Hershey, PA. Couples live in student homes, guiding 8–13 students with supervision, devotions, and activities to support academic, emotional and social development.

Initial duties cover multiple homes with a nine days on, three days off schedule, then transition to a placed houseparent with the same student group. Relocation and training are provided, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Ability to lead students in daily devotions and activities.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; age and marital requirements for couples.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development and recreation.
