Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents for a married couple team to live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of 8-13 students. The role includes care, guidance, supervision, and program planning to support academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading devotions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married 2+ years.
• Both spouses age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models.

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
