Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, driving to activities, leading devotions and chapel, and budgeting and reporting for the household.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
