Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus, living in on-site student homes and supervising a group of 8–13 students.

You will provide care, guidance, and activities, lead devotions, coordinate routines, and support student wellness, with nine days on and three off to start, transitioning into placed roles. Relocation and training are provided.

Qualificações

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet limits: only fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
