Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, administration of medications, driving to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/reporting. The nine-on, three-off cycle starts and may transition to a placed home.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse role, married for at least two years.
• Ability to drive and mentor in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
