Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. They live in on-campus student homes and oversee a group of 8-13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and development support, with nine days on duty followed by three off.

Initially, couples support various homes and eventually transition to a placed role with their own student home, backed by comprehensive benefits including housing, meals on duty, and insurance.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
