Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students.

The role includes daily supervision, routines, transportation, devotions, budgeting, and reporting. After a training period, couples transition to a Placed Houseparent role and live with the same group of students.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be two-person couple, legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
