Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students living in the home.

The role involves daily supervision, schedule management, medication administration, and leading devotions, with a schedule of nine days on, three off, and eventual placement in a dedicated student home.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth.
• Married couple, both spouses 27+ and 2+ years of marriage.
• Both spouses must be 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in student home.
• No alcohol on duty; campus smoke-free and weapon-free policies.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; able to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan development and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
