Milton Hershey School (MHS) seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. The role involves living in a student home, supervising 8-13 students, and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, housing routines, medications, transportation to activities, devotions, and budgeting oversight. The position begins with a nine-on, three-off shift, transitioning to a placed houseparent role over time.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
