Milton Hershey School is seeking two-person Flex Houseparents to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students in a family-like setting. Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, devotions, and active engagement in students’ academic, emotional, and social growth.

The role requires a married couple (two years), both aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to a drug- and alcohol-free campus. Housing is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Campus is smoke-free and weapon-free; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and reporting for the student home.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
