Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. This life-changing role places you in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of 8–13 youths and guiding their academic, emotional, and social growth.

You will share responsibilities, follow a nine-consecutive-days-on/duty pattern, and, if placed, live with the same group in a student home. Benefits include housing, meals, comprehensive insurance, and retirement options.

Competenze

• Experience working with youth or volunteers.
• Two-year married couple requirement.
• Age 27+ for both spouses.
• No more than three dependent children in home.
• Campus is smoke-free and weapon-free; no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog allowed.
• Driver's license and ability to obtain van certification.
• Able to lead daily devotions and Chapel services.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Mansioni

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan engaging developmental and recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
