The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Lead activities, devotions, and Sunday Chapel with students.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
