Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. This role involves living on campus, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, and supporting their academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist in student activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
