Qualifications

• Experience supervising, training, or developing Resident Assistants, student staff, or student leaders.
• Ability and willingness to live on campus and participate in an on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day professional oversight of an assigned residential community.
• Directly supervise, train, and develop Resident Assistants and other student staff.
• Coordinate housing operations including occupancy, room assignments, and occupancy processes.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on‑call rotations with Residence Life leadership.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive residential environment that supports student development and conduct processes.
