• Maintain a safe living environment by enforcing housing rules and safety procedures.
• Provide counseling and guidance to students.
• Train and supervise resident assistants; develop programs.
• Coordinate building maintenance with facilities and manage on-call rotations.
• Perform administrative tasks and on-call duties.
• Serve as Community Standards Hearing Officer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
