Job summary

Assured Quality Homecare, LLC is seeking a Live-In CNA Caregiver to provide essential daily care in clients' homes across CT and RI. You will reside with the client during your rotation, ensuring safety, hygiene, mobility support, meals, and compassionate companionship.

The role requires a valid RI CNA license, a valid driver's license with your own vehicle, and the ability to complete mobile documentation while following care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island CNA license (RI only).
• Active driver’s license with reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background and health checks.
• Basic technology skills for mobile documentation.
• Willingness to live-in and rotate living in client homes.
• CNA or HHA certification or completion of ASQ PCA program (CT only).

Responsibilities

• Reside in the client’s home during rotation to provide vital daily care, safety, and engagement.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare nutritious meals and encourage hydration.
• Provide medication reminders and light housekeeping.
• Drive clients to medical appointments, errands, and outings.
• Offer warm companionship and follow individualized care plans.
• Complete daily mobile documentation and track breaks/sleep.
