Tradition Care LLC in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Resident Manager / Live-In Caregiver to oversee daily operations of a licensed DD Adult Foster Home while providing direct resident care. This live-in leadership role combines caregiving, house management, staff support, and compliance with Oregon DD licensing standards.

Coverage typically includes four 24-hour shifts per week; private living accommodations are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years caregiving experience
• Ability to pass Oregon background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift/assist up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the licensed DD adult foster home.
• Provide direct resident care including ADLs and medication administration.
• Supervise caregiving staff and ensure staffing coverage.
• Maintain accurate documentation, medication records, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with Oregon DD licensing standards.
