Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in Pendleton, OR is seeking a Lead Caregiver to support clients with daily living activities, companionship, and mobility assistance. This role requires flexibility for short-notice shifts and a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality caregiving within our branches.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of home care experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to complete required training. Competitive pay and travel time are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to pass a state and national background check.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record.
• One year experience in home care, AFH, hospital or nursing home setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Smartphone with ability to download AxisCare app.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support (household tasks, cooking, bathing, grooming).
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities and hobbies.
• Assist with transfers and mobility needs as needed.
• Transport clients for errands or appointments in your vehicle.
