Job summary

Bluebird Care Leeds North is seeking a dedicated Live-in Care Assistant to provide compassionate, personalized care in a customer's home in Leeds. You will live with the client, supporting daily activities to promote dignity, independence, and companionship while following care plans set by Bluebird Care.

The role includes induction and ongoing training, with a strong focus on confidentiality, professionalism, and teamwork to ensure high-quality care and support for each client and their loved

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
• Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
• Manage their medication and prep their meals
• Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
• Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance

£910 per week + £40 per week | Expert training provided | Live-in role with paid breaks
