Agincare is seeking a Live-In Carer to support clients in their own homes across the UK, enabling independence and connection with their communities. You will provide companionship, personal care, meals, and light domestic tasks, while promoting safety and comfort in a home setting.

This role offers training up to Level 5 in Health & Social Care, travel across regions, and a referred friend bonus. A caring, patient nature is essential for helping clients thrive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 2 weeks at a time.
• A kind, individual who is passionate about helping others thrive.

Responsabilités

• Companionship – offering support, conversation, and engagement
• Personal care – assisting with washing, dressing, and oral care
• Meals – helping with preparation of healthy meals, snacks, and drinks
• Domestic tasks – light cleaning to maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Mobility support – helping clients move safely and live as independently as possible
• Social activities – supporting trips out, hobbies, and outings

How you'll make a difference:

As a Live-In Carer, you’ll

support clients in their own homes seven days a week, helping them live

independently while staying

connected to their community and routine. Your responsibilities may include:

• Companionship – offering support, conversation, and engagement

• Meals – helping with preparation of healthy meals, snacks, and drinks

Where you’ll be working:

Our clients are across the South West, South East, Central, and North of England, so you’ll need to be willing to travel. Our homes are rated Good by the CQC:
