Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead camp dining operations at our rural summer camp sites across the US. This hands-on leadership role covers staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

This on-site, live-in position requires arranging meals for large groups, maintaining food quality, safety standards, and strong teamwork. Expect a demanding schedule of six days per week and up to eighty hours; a bonus plan and room & board are

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required; Allergens knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
