Job summary

Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Food Service Operations Director to lead our on-site kitchen and dining operations at rural summer camp facilities across the United States.

This live-in, hands-on role requires high energy and a focus on quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will supervise daily culinary and service operations, staff scheduling and training, budgeting, and allergen safety, while maintaining top sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager certification; Allergens knowledge required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH and kitchen staff, schedule, train, and maintain a high-energy work environment.
• Oversee culinary quality, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Manage allergen/safety compliance, sanitation standards, and health department requirements.
• Oversee budget, inventory, orders, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
