• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (Allergens required before start).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to live on-site in a rustic setting and work 6 days/70 hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH and kitchen operations.
• Lead staff scheduling, training, and performance.
