Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of employment in student housing or one year in student life and activities.
• Experience supervising students such as Resident Assistants or work-study students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and maintain standards in assigned residence halls.
• Coordinate residence hall office services, mail, keys, access, orientations, and tours.
• Assist with housing applications, placement, assignments, billing, and maintenance.
• Coordinate quarterly room inspections, inventory, and move-in/move-out activities.
• Implement housing policies, procedures, and new residence hall services.
• Promote student rights, responsibilities, conduct expectations, and reporting.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent situations in on-call rotation.
