Options for Southern Oregon, Inc. seeks a Live-in Apartment Manager for transitional housing. You will maintain visible presence on-site, manage scheduling, and support program participants while adhering to HIPAA/42 CFR. The role includes light maintenance, rent collection, and keeping records; compensation includes a rent-free apartment and non-smoking housing. This is a part-time, on-site position with varied hours.

Qualifications

• Six months of property management experience or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email/document handling.
• Ability to pass DHS background check and DMV checks if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular hours on-site and coordinate time off with the program manager.
• Supervise tenants, monitor compliance with program rules and conduct UA testing when needed.
• Orient new residents and provide ongoing support to participants and staff.
• Maintain rent ledgers and inform accounting monthly.
