Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking an on-site Apartment Manager for a multi-family affordable housing project in La Grande, Oregon. The role covers leasing, recertification, tenant relations, marketing, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable, with integrity and a strong team focus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week; compensation is $22–$26 per hour plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising property operations.
• Knowledge of leasing and recertification processes.
• Ability to screen applicants for affordable housing eligibility.
• Maintain occupancy per site goals as directed by supervisor.
• Manage tenant files per housing agency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property activities and daily operations.
• Conduct core business processes: leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, AR/AP.
• Screen applicants for affordable housing eligibility and maintain a waiting list.
• Maintain occupancy per site goals.
• Manage Move In/Out and annual recertification files.
