Job summary

Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking an Apartment Manager for a multi-family affordable housing project in La Grande, Oregon. This on-site role oversees leasing, recertification, tenant relations, marketing, budgeting, and accounts payable/receivable.

The ideal candidate is self-driven with integrity, teamwork, and a strong focus on regulatory compliance, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or residential operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise property activities and daily operations.
• Oversee leasing, resident relations, marketing, budgeting, A/R and A/P.
• Screen applicants for housing eligibility and maintain waiting lists.
• Maintain occupancy as per site goals and company policy.
• Manage Move In/Out and Annual Recertification files.
