Qualifications

• Experience supervising poultry transport or live haul operations.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance.
• Ability to train and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise at least 3 employees and indirectly supervise at least 15.
• Ensure bird welfare and biosecurity training and compliance.
• Provide records of catch, loads, and times for payroll and reporting.
• Maintain fleet and facilities with preventive maintenance and safe routes for trucks.
• Ensure drivers follow hours of service rules and all DOT regulations.
