Job summary

Oak View Group's Coachella Valley Lakers seek enthusiastic, outgoing individuals for the Courtside Crew during the 2026-2027 season. You'll interact with fans, support in-game promotions, contests, and on‑court activities.

Roles include assisting with setup and game presentation, plus energizing crowds through dances, prompts, giveaways, and fan interaction at home games. Flexible schedule and willingness to attend up to 80% of games is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sports entertainment, promotions, dance, cheer, theater, live events, or customer engagement preferred.
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with large crowds.
• Strong stage presence with the confidence to dance and entertain.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Game Presentation Manager to execute all entertainment elements.
• Create high-energy atmosphere by engaging fans before, during, and after games.
• Serve as ambassadors delivering fan experiences and memorable moments.
• Energize crowd with dancing, prompts, giveaways, and on‑court activities.
• Recruit contestants and encourage fan participation.
• Assist with setup, staging, and transport of game presentation props.
• Maintain awareness of game timeline to ensure on-schedule events.
• Communicate with team, DJ, announcer, and arena staff for seamless execution.
• Assist with inventory and distribution of promotional items.
• Support special events and playoff games as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
