Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Usher/Ticket Taker in Jacksonville, FL for events at the performing arts venues. You will manage entrance, verify tickets, guide guests to seats, and assist with emergencies to ensure smooth operations during performances.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, strong communication, and attention to detail to handle fast-paced crowd management and post-event duties.

Qualifications

• One-year prior experience in customer service preferred.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Require each person entering the facility to have a valid ticket or credentials.
• Examine patron’s ticket for accuracy of date, proper facility and show time.
• Maintain position on post, taking tickets at a pace to keep patrons steadily moving into the facility.
• Utilize scanning equipment to process patron tickets and count ticket stubs received as necessary.
• Direct patrons to their assigned seating area.
• Provide assistance with emergency procedures as necessary.
• Other duties may be assigned.
