Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scan and verify proper ticketing for entry.
• Provide seating directions and assist guests as needed.
• Distribute programs and show materials.
• Maintain cleanliness during and after events and assist with setup/breakdown.
• Address disruptive guests and escalating issues to leadership when required.
• Respond to guest concerns and take corrective action as needed.
• Support emergency procedures and guide guests to safety when necessary.
• Report facility issues to management.
