Job summary

AEG, overseeing Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, seeks a Manager, Technology to lead delivery, support, and ongoing improvement of technology systems and event services. The role partners with vendors and internal teams, providing hands-on support during events and managing part-time staff for reliable operations.

The incumbent will ensure security, uptime, and scalable infrastructure across campus, requiring after-hours support, travel, and collaboration with the Global Technology team on

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent education in IT or related field.
• 4–6 years in IT, networking, and supervising event staff.
• Experience with Cisco hardware/software, SIP, UCCaaS, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily technology operations and ensure SLAs are met.
• Line manage both full-time and part-time event technology staff.
• Provide on-site IT, network, and cabling support for campus events and venues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align services with business needs.
• Oversee network layouts and integration of new hardware for growth.
