Job summary

AEG Global Technology seeks a seasoned Manager, Network Infrastructure to deploy, secure and manage global venue networks. You will lead a US-based team, coordinate with security and operations, and support on-site events across venues. Flexible scheduling and after-hours support are required.

The role emphasizes strong project, vendor and incident management, plus continuous improvement of network services and security across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology or related area.
• 4-6 years experience in network infrastructure leadership roles.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-site enterprise networks.
• Ability to coach and develop network engineers and manage priorities.
• Experience with Cisco/Meraki routing, switching, wireless and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.
• Network security expertise including zero trust and risk management.
• Willingness to travel domestically and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Line manage US-based network engineers and contractors.
• Provide escalation support for critical network incidents, including after hours.
• Ensure network infrastructure is patched, monitored and secure.
• Plan, budget and prioritize network projects with stakeholders.
• Project manage network initiatives through full lifecycle.
• Design scalable, secure network solutions aligned with standards.
• Maintain design docs, runbooks and SOPs for all services.
• Provide input on venue tech, security, cloud and dev initiatives.
